Terms of Service
Last updated: March 23, 2026
By using the DropReply API or website ("Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service to publish replies and upvotes on supported social media platforms via our API. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for spam, unsolicited advertising, or bulk messaging
- Include links, URLs, or promotional redirects in reply content
- Post illegal, defamatory, harassing, or hateful content
- Impersonate other individuals or organizations
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse API endpoints
- Use the Service to manipulate platform algorithms or rankings in a deceptive manner
2. Content Moderation
All reply content submitted through the API is subject to automated moderation. We reserve the right to reject any content that violates these terms or the policies of the target platform, at our sole discretion. Rejected replies will not be published, and credits may still be deducted if processing has begun.
3. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or are using the Service in a way that could harm us, our infrastructure, or third parties. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise stated.
4. Credits and Billing
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when replies or upvotes are queued for publishing. Credit costs vary by account tier. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
5. Refunds
If a published reply is removed by the target platform within 24 hours of publishing, you may request a credit refund of 50% of the original cost. Refunds are issued as account credit, not cash. Refund requests must be submitted to support@dropreply.com within 48 hours of the removal.
6. No Guarantees
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that replies will be published, remain visible, or achieve any particular outcome. Platform policies, rate limits, and moderation by third-party platforms are beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropReply and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account.
